Admiral’s Pointe takes pride in it’s residents and works to foster a supportive community. The building uses an App to help communicate with residents. For example, notifying residents of package delivery and visitor arrival. The building is dog friendly, with a specific elevator for dogs.  It’s also in close proximity to several dog parks in the area.

Admiral’s Pointe is in the heart of River North, walking distance to many schools and a kid’s park. The building is great for young families, singles and couples alike, who want to live in a quiet off-to-the-side area of downtown Chicago, while taking advantage of all the benefits.

The Admiral’s Pointe Social Committee organizes fun and interesting events enabling residents to socialize. Social events have included a BBQ, wine tasting, a book club and holiday parties.

Responsibilities of this committee include:

• Brainstorming and planning events
• Running events
• Creating an annual budget
• Publishing a quarterly newsletter
• Working with management and, if necessary, the Board of Directors
